About us
Eryri Medical is a limited, not for profit company, based in North Wales which runs high quality medical courses. The initial courses are based around the interests of company directors, Dr Suman Mitra and Dr Simon Burnell.
We set the company up to have full control over the financial side of running courses and enable us to re-invest the course fees into improving our courses.
Our aim is to run a course which emphasises the practical aspects of ultrasound guided venous access. To that end we have always maximised the number and length of the practical sessions. The EDRA accreditation led to us having to slightly increase the lecture based part of the programme, but we are still keeping to our original ethos.
We also offer sponsored places for trainees on our courses.
